PRICING ANALYST for Grafton Recruitment

For our company Grafton Recruitment we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Commercial Finance/Pricing Analyst CZ&SK. Reporting to the Director of Finance.

The main responsibilities:

• Build pricing culture of the company
• Build short and long term pricing strategy for CZ & SK
• Prepare and implement pricing and sales procedures and tools (pricing policy, offers, calculations, presentations etc.)
• Manage internal process of approvals of bids and contracts
• Develop and maintain model for P&L forecasting of Temp gross margin (NFI)
• Analyse periodical trends in profitability (NFI per client etc.)
• Maintain and develop ROCE model for assessing of bids to clients
• Review existing and proposed contracts for temporary services (in cooperation with external legal counsel)
• Build and provide trainings for Commercial Managers
• Monitor local market and competitors

REQUIREMENTS:
Description of the right candidate:

• Minimum 3 years experience on commercial finance position
• Very good English (C1 level) and Czech language (native)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and good knowledge of other MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally Navision or other like Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, quantitative and investigative skills with ability to discuss financial impact of various accounting treatments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to communicate with commercial fuctions as well as attend meetings with clients
• Willingness to develop in legal area
• Highly motivated to work independently and to drive results
