For our company Grafton Recruitment we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Business Development Director.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Grow revenues across the Grafton Prague branches in both Permanent and Temporary services
• Grow the market position of Grafton in Prague and Central Bohemia by developing and negotiating new business relationship
• Execute sales and business development activities for the Prague branches per Sales Plan
• Take an active role in developing customer relationships
• Do networking and participate at business events
• Write proposals for clients in line with company policy and pricing strategy, negotiate terms and conditions of contracts
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of the annual sales plan
• Liaise with Branch Managers and Recruitment Consultants
• Ensure goals as outlined in the sales plan are met

REQUIREMENTS:

• Track record in sales
• Some experience in selling services a must have; recruitment industry experience of advantage but not required
• Strong business acumen
• Able to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing
• Fluency in Czech; English speaking and writing skills at B2/C1 level
• Driving licence B
