For our company Grafton Recruitment we are looking for an experienced and optimistic candidate for the position of Senior HR Manager based in PRAGUE, reporting to Country Manager and CEE HR Manager.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Develop employee engagement initiatives to build a ‘great place to work’
• To be a reliable partner with business on workforce planning, performance management, compensation, development, succession planning and talent management
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of people issues, fairly representing all interests
• Serve as point of contact for all colleagues regarding HR matters
• Implement group HR policies and processes in the Czech Republic
• Offer HR solutions and collect feedback for continuous improvement
• Support top management and CEE HR Manager in local HR activities
• Lead a team of 3 HR Specialists
• Travel all around the Czech Republic (10 branches)

REQUIREMENTS:
WHAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE?

• 5+ years of experience in an HR business partnering
• 2+ years of experience with leading a team
• Knowledge of standard HR practices (recruitment, performance management, compensation, development, talent management, disciplinary issues)
• Excellent knowledge of local labour law
• Fluency in Czech; English speaking and writing skills at B2/C1 level (daily use)
• Energy and positive attitude as well as the ability to take responsibility and ownership
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel (3 – 4 days per month)
• Experience in a recruitment agency would be an asset
