Apply for a position of an Accounting Analyst in the Credit and Accounts Receivable Department and become involved with the following activities:

• prepare and analyze aging reports and debtors overviews
• export a list of unpaid customer invoices and run an analysis on their status in the system
• contact customers, mostly via email, regarding any discrepancies in payments or receipt of the invoice
• participate in cash application activities
• conduct regular suspense account and customer account reconciliations
• prepare and execute clearing of customer deductions
• ensure compliance with SOX and internal rules
• prepare supporting analyses for external auditors

REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIEREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year previous experience in AR, credit analysis, credit control, cash collection or cash application
• Advanced English (will be used in both written and spoken form)
• Comfortable with using Excel (pivot tables, if, sum if)

NICE TO HAVE

• Czech, German, or French
• Knowledge of SAP
• Understanding of SSC processes
