The System Engineer is a technical expert within the customer project group. Provides expertise and consulting to the customer to technical questions and problems. Writes technical project documentation, makes configurations and executes functional tests. He commissions the HaslerRail products on the train.

• creating SW configurations for HaslerRail Group products (Event recorders, JRU..)
• verification & Validation of complete systems (System tests, Polarion).
• simulation of vehicle signals (CANopen, MVB, Ethernet, Serial communication…)
• static and dynamic tests at vehicles, commissionings mainly CZ, SK, PL
• creation of project documentation, system specifications and test reports
• creating of connection diagrams and drawings
• support of the sales department in creating offers and negotiations with the customer
• customer requirements analysis (CbC), solving technical questions and problems
• customer support, implementation of internal and external training
• cooperation with departments across the company
• working and communicating in international environment

• high school / university education in electrical engineering (low current advantage)
• adequate professional experience of at least 3 years (Railway / Automotive advantage)
• basic programming knowledge
• ideally, experience in creating and performing tests of various systems and their evaluation
• interest in technology
• basic knowledge of electronics
• professional competence according to degree 50/1978 §6
• communicative knowledge of English, knowledge of German an advantage
• driving license sk. B (active driver)
