Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management and leadership to the multilingual fraud detection team that oversees and develops employee performance and process-improvement activities including effective monitoring, coaching, counselling, and training
- Motivate the team and improve staff engagement through effective people management
- Create analysis of operational performance metrics
- Establish strong, working relationships with key stakeholders across the business and support the development of global improvement initiatives
- Arrange regular communication sessions and team meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English (knowledge of German, French, Italian or Spanish is a plus)
- 1+ years’ experience of management role (ideally operations team) – ability to drive and motivate the team
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Working experience across the domain of Risk Management & Fraud is an advantage
- Analytical skills, attention for detail
- Superb communication and presentation skills
- Responsibility for own work, self-motivation, flexibility and enthusiasm
