You would be responsible for:
- Accounts payable processing
- Reconciliation of processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Charging expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
- Matching purchase orders to invoices

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent ENGLISH (any other language such as GERMAN or FRENCH will be considered an advantage)
- Bachelor´s degree or similar qualification
- Preferably one year working experience in a similar position
- Excellent PC skills
- Strong organization skills
- Effective communication skills
- To be able to work individually as well as a part of a team
- Attention to detail
