As an HR DATA PROCESSOR you will have a diverse agenda and will mostly”
- Coordinate and administer specific HR processes
- Get involved in the administration of benefits programs, employees relations, joiners-leavers procedures and leave of absence
- Process a range of supporting documentation for HR maintenance and SAP
- Use SAP on a daily basis to produce reports, maintain data and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure compliance of employees in SAP modules
- Perform regular data control
REQUIREMENTS:
What do you need to become an HR DATA PROCESSOR for an attractive global employer?
- Bachelor degree is enough for us but it may be convenient to have it in HR, Business Administration or related fields
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position, which is HR or data management related. Work during your studies also counts!
- Advanced English – you will communicate daily in English across departments and countries
- Customer focus and service orientation
- Ability to organize time and tasks effectively
- Strong MS Office, Excel and Word in particular
- Knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous
