Business Service Manager (Hungarian)

We are looking for an experienced Business Service Manager (BSM) with fluent Hungarian language skills for a prominent client. If you have a strong background in managing business services, are customer-focused, and enjoy working in an international team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

what you will do:

• managing and optimizing business services – ensuring smooth operations and continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency.
• leading and supporting a team – coordinating activities, managing performance, and developing team skills.
• communicating with Hungarian-speaking clients – daily use of Hungarian to address client needs and requirements.
• collaborating with other departments – working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services.

who we are looking for

• proven experience in business service management.
• hungarian chartered accountant's certificate.
• fluent Hungarian language skills – both written and spoken.
• proficiency in English at an advanced level.
• ability to work independently and lead a team.
• excellent communication and organizational skills.
