ENGLISH and FRENCH? No problem!
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- sorting and checking of invoices received daily via mail
- checking and ensuring minimum invoice requirements
- work in SAP system
- communication in both English and FRENCH languages
- ad hoc administrative tasks
Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Contract till 30.6.2017 (extension possible)
Working time: full time 40 hours/week
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
- Secondary degree,
- very good knowledge of English and FRENCH
- communicative and detail oriented person,
- accurancy and customer service mindset,
- experience from finance and administration area is an advantage,
- knowledge of SAP is advantage.
