Your responsibilities will be:
- providing level 1 and 2 support to corporate customers
- consulting on software and matching customer needs with available IT Solutions
- installing and configuring computer hardware and software
- performing troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment (computers, peripherals etc.)
Start: February 2016
Contract for one year with a possibility of prolongation

REQUIREMENTS:
Our requirements:
- university education (degree in IT preferred)
- previous experience from corporate company welcome
- knowledge of ITIL, IT Risk Management or SAP as advantage
- fluent in spoken and written English
- customer oriented
- independence and proactive attitude
- technical and self-learning spirit
- strong administrative skills
- detail oriented
- friendly and team working spirit
