Your responsibilities:

• Being the primary contact between the company and the customer
• Receiving and processing customer’s transactions and data
• Analysing the customers weekly sell through and inventory
• Updating and maintaining the customer backlog as an reflection of the customer requirements
• Agreeing logistic requirements with customer and arranging accordingly with logistics
• Communicating pricing and programs to the customers based on company policies
• Ensuring that all processes and policies are complied with, as defined in the Account Manager Training

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–3 years systems and data entry experiece (account management, account servicing, corporate customer service, sales operations or similar role)
• Excellent reading, writing and speaking skills in English
• Being able to meet deadlines and to focus on detailed work
• Flexible and proactive approach
• Oracle ERP system knowledge from data entry point of view
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
