This role is suitable for fresh graduates with interest in finance and accounting. No need to have previous experience, full training will be provided!
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Create client AR accounts
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Interpret contracts to determine billing components
- Maintain invoice accounts
- Both direct and indirect cash collections activities
- Solving customer's queries, negotiating with them
- 60%: daily contact with customers via email or phone calls, communicating predominantly in French, but also in English
- 40 %: compile and analyze financial information, reporting
- Prioritize multiple data requests from accounting and filed operation teams to ensure reporting requirements are processed on a timely basis
- Assigned to projects requiring analysis of circumstances or data requiring evaluation

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge of French and intermediate English
- Educational background in Finance or Business Administration is preferable, but is not a requirement
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Analytical skills, number and detail-oriented person (Ability to present analytical findings in a clear and thoughtful manner to all levels)
- Proactivity and positive attitude
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with management and team members
- Strong attention to detail and timelines
