QUALIFICATIONS THAT WE REWARD
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (economics or law)
- First practical experience (internships or student jobs)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proactivity and management potential
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office
- Fluent Czech, very good knowledge of English, second foreign language (German, Italian or an eastern European language) – an advantage
- Willingness to travel (up to 50% during the program)
- Favourable: Willingness to be relocated after the program
CHALLENGES THAT YOU MASTER

- 6 months: you will be actively involved in one of our stores in the Czech republic (extensive basic training to handle your first management responsibilities)
- 4 months: you will take on project-related activities in one of our other European operational business units (to get to know our international business)
- 2 months: job rotation at HQ in the Czech republic will give you further insights and involvement (two selected departments)
- 3 months: another exciting project collaboration on a comprehensive topic will then wait for you in our Austrian or German HQ
- 1 month: you will get to know the local interfaces of your future position within REWE International
