We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our growing portfolio of space projects. In this role, you will be responsible for project cost, schedule and risk management, ensuring effective project execution in line with customer requirements and company objectives. You will act as the key interface with customers, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and lead project reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support projects across all activities related to cost, schedule, risk, project management processes, administration, and reporting (internal and external).

• Manage customer relationships while driving internal teams and external suppliers through clear objectives and milestones.

• Coordinate with company leadership to ensure adequate resources are allocated to each project.

• Support and monitor procurement processes from tendering to contract closure, considering management, financial and planning aspects.

• Monitor, control and report on overall program schedule performance, authorizing corrective actions where needed.

• Monitor, control and report on overall program risks and opportunities.

• Prepare, maintain and report on cost-at-completion, including annual cost plans and workforce planning, identifying risks and proposing corrective measures.

• Apply design-to-cost principles.

• Lead and chair project reviews.

Požadujeme

Required Skills & Competences:

• Proven experience in project management and project control in the space industry (8+ years).

• Strong knowledge of project management principles and advanced project control techniques.

• Familiarity with space structures and thermal control subsystems; technical awareness of structural and/or thermal engineering is highly desirable.

• Experience across the full business lifecycle: proposal preparation, qualification, design, manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing, delivery, and contract closure.

• Understanding of space systems architecture.

• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong planning, prioritization and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent command of English (oral and written); other European languages are an advantage.

• Previous experience with ESA projects and knowledge of ECSS standards are highly valued.
