As an AP TEAM LEADER you’d have more varied agenda than in most of other multinational companies or SSCs. Your role would include the following:

• Oversee an AP team
• Manage staff in invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, and payment processing
• Manage disbursement forecasting
• Manage and review month end AP Module closing, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Maintain approval hierarchy
• Perform research and analysis
• Address complex issues, and developing solutions to problems
• Improve processes and enahnce service levels within the organization
• Act as a Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) for AP process
• Perform Sarbanes Oxley controls

REQUIREMENTS:
What do you need to apply?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in accounting, finance or similar field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in SSC preferred
• Previous supervisory experience
• Strong technical skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required
