Main responsibilities:
- Daily communication (email, phone) with customers from Netherlands, coordination of all activities toward customers
- Providing high level customer service on passive customer service line
- Working with internal database, uploading contracts, updating information
- Processing customer orders, claims solution and return process
- Provide and maintain strong and professional relationships
Note: This is not a call centre role!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed higher education
- Fluent in Dutch
- Fluent in English (for internal communication only)
- Good communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Stress resistant personality
- Working experience in customer service is a big plus
