RESPONSIBILITIES

• Taking enquiries from customers via phone, e-mail or social media.
• Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• SHERLOCK part – Investigating and resolving customer's problems.
• Taking care of the customers’ needs and developing positive relationships with customers – helping with creating positive brand.
• Advising customers through in-depth knowledge of company´s products and services.
• Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
• Other office tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
