What you will be responsible for?
This role is critical to ensuring a high level of service to both internal employers and external clients, by providing support to the company's team of experienced people and generate operations on a regular basis.
- Promptly receives member telephone questions and complaints in a professional manner
- Solve different tasks related to customer service and different issues
- Process customer orders, claims solution and return process
- Provide the customer with suitable solutions relating to problem shipments
- Ensure that each customer gets the solution they need
- Process related administrative tasks
- Processing through customer enquiries onto the system
- Create reports and updates
Moreover you will daily use your knowledge of Dutch and English!

- DUTCH SPEAKER – fluent communication, English advanced
