We are looking for a capable candidate for the position of AR Supervisor / Senior - Fixed Assets Accountant for our major client. If you have advanced knowledge of English, Czech or Slovak language, and experience in accounting, you could be the person we are looking for.

what you will do

• supervising AR team
• downloading / preparation data for matching
• back up for AR team – bank statements posting, matching
• AR problematic cases solution, communication with customers
• offset + reconciliation – revision
• assignment, fund swep, corrections of matching
• AR database maintenance
• weekly outstanding reports
• freight meetings participation
• communication with collection company
• KPI – overdue 30+ and unbilled report for HQ
• unbilled report preparation – internal system
• processing of documents related FA in internal systems
• deal with all fixed assets issues, include increase/ decrease, depreciation,
• updating fixed assets reconciliation form monthly
• realize the physical inventory of fixed assets on time in year
• process the Fixed Assets for CCE CZ/AT/HU/SK
• processing of documents related FA in internal system

who we are looking for

• previous experience in a similar position
• advanced knowledge of the English language
• knowledge of Czech or Slovak language
