As an AP / T&E Analyst you will be responsible for:
- AP invoice and T&E claim processing
- Maintain accurate AP ledger records
- Managing the month end closing
- Performing various projects within the P2P department i
- Responsible for training documentation
- Training and re-training of in country users on technical usage of the applications
- Supporting internal and external audit
- Detect and drive process improvement
- Communicaton with internal customers and external suppliers
REQUIREMENTS:
You are a great candidate if you have:
- Finance / Accounting / Business bachelor degree
- Fluent English
- Relevant experience within finance (AP department) min. of 1–2 years
- Motivation to work in financial field
- Very good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Advance MS Excel skills
- Proactive
It will be advantage if you have
- Spanish with very good communication skills
