As as Senior Account Payables Analyst you will:
- Supervise AP team members, coaching and providing the trainning for new comers
- Validate and record incoming invoices from suppliers and intercompany invoices
- Responsible for timely and accurate payments processing
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Manage of supplier queries (email and phone)
- Prepare documentation to support month end accruals
- Supports month end financial closing process
- Participate in special projects by supporting management and the project team
- Engage in process improvement initiatives
- Supporting internal and external audits as requested
- Close cooperation within the finance team
REQUIREMENTS:
You are a great candidate if you have:
- Finance / Accounting / Business bachelor degree
- Fluent English
- Relevant experience within finance (AP department) – min. 3 years
- Motivation to work in financial field
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Very good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Advance MS Excel skills
- Proactive
