As a Finance Manager you will be:
- Leading Finance departments with more then 100 employees
- Responsible for process improvements and performance
- Execution of the company’s strategy
- Appling standardized process and controls
- Having budget responsibility
- Managing reporting
- Coaching
- Planning
- Participate in acquisitions and projects
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for you if you have:
- Educational background in Finance, Accounting or related area
- People management experience
- Knowledge of Shared Service Centre environment and processes
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent in Business English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solver with detail orientation
- Good planning and organizational skills
