Our client, a major non-banking institution on the Czech financial market, is seeking a 4 Sales Managers to develop accounts within the relevant market throughout Hungary, Poland, Romania or Croatia. The successful candidate must have at least three year sales experience (B2B), the ability to build up own customer base and support company´s sales representatives in the region. The position requires travel throughout entrusted region and therefore your time will be split between the office based in Prague and working on the road.
Workscope:
- Entering a new market and developing a market share via new client acquisition in cooperation with our central and local sales team.
- Direct sale of financial products and services (foreign exchange and foreign payment services, corporate multi-currency account, derivative transactions – forward contracts and swaps, exchange orders and related advisory services).
- Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
- Follow – up care for existing clients, ensure customer satisfaction. Close cooperation with company´s dealing and marketing department.
- Manage and advise team of sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance in order to fulfill the business plan.
- Travel throughout entrusted region.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master´s degree in Economics and solid experience of local financial market.
- Banking services knowledge, specifically within the foreign exchange and foreign payment services would be an advantage but not essential.
- Three years sales experience in B2B, proven tracks on entrusted market.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build/maintain effective relationships both internally and externally. Proven negotiation skills.
- The ability and strong willingness to travel.
- Native HU / PL / RO / HR and fluent English or Czech/Slovak.
- Strong drive for results and ability to build own customer base/accounts.
- Team management experience is an advantage.
