Sales Manager, Poland:

Your Responsibilities:
- You will be our Sales Manager for Poland.
- You should drive the entire sales cycle in your territory – from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
- You should also cultivate strong and long-term relationships with our existing partners and customers. We already have a strong foot-print in Poland.
- You should develop and maintain plans, which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
- You should develop high level account relationships (C-level including) and – in time – serve as a trusted consultant to our customers.
- Among our target industries are Automotive, Industrial and Consumer Manufacturing, Construction, as well as many others.
- You will operate out of our office in Brno. Your working time will include travelling to Poland.
- You will be supported by our back-office colleagues in Brno and you will be reporting to the General Manager of Bralo CZ.
Position requirements:
- A University degree would be a plus.
- 5+ years of sales, pre-sales or customer-facing experience in the B2B market with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in the fastening and rivet industry is a big plus. So is sales or customer facing experience with the industries of interest to us.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including the use of MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to use an ERP system is also a must.
- Ability to work independently; a self-motivator
- Native Polish and decent English are a must. Czech is a big plus.
- The ideal candidate would be a fluent Polish speaker, who also speaks English and Czech. We are open to employ a Czech or a Polish citizen, but we are not limited to these. The ideal candidate could be located in Czechia-Silesia or in Poland.
- The candidate will be an employee of the Czech local office in Brno. He will operate out of Brno, but is expected to spend a lot of time in Poland.
