Požadavky:
- Experience in HR area 5 years as minimum,
- relevant experience in recruitment ( 3 years is minimum ),
- experience with massive hiring project is welcome,
- a potential to lead own team in a close future
- project management approach,
- target achievement oriented person,
- leadership skills,
- knowledge of English and Czech, written and spoken
Popis:
Project management in recruitment and related areas cooperation in setting up the hiring strategy for new and developing projects,
close cooperation with external providers of recruitment solutions (check&act),
supporting managing team members in requisition process,
coordination of all related activities;
leading of HR project team,
reporting to EMEA HR manager
