- Monitoring of electronic Entry channels (Electronic Data Interchange) within the Procure-to-Pay process based on Idoc´s
- End-to-End handling of incoming Idoc documents
- Checking and posting of invoice documents with Invoice Management workflows
- Clarification of discrepancies during standard invoice and Idoc process including final workflow handling
- Provision, analysis and formatting of relevant data from SAP
- Support in preparation of monthly account closings
- Handling of supplier requests (mail, oral or in ticket tool)
- Communication and clarification of issues with stakeholders of Procure-to-Pay processes
- Support of process harmonization executed by process management
- Participation on national and international projects
- The employee has the chance to get knowledge for all support processes in PTP
- Strong cooperation with national and German First and Second Level Support
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent German, communicative English
- Secondary education with leaving examination in Accounting
- Follow-up/Higher Professional Education in Economy or Accounting is a plus
- Relevant work experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Idoc formats on Procure-to-Pay processes is a big plus
- Good knowledge in SAP FI/MM and MS Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Affinity to technical and digital process innovation
- Detail-oriented and self-organized personality willing to learn
- Customer friendly communication skills and problem solving skills
- Strong team player with enthusiasm for international environment and travelling within Europe
