Great role for experts with previous experience in ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE or GENERAL LEDGER.
International, well-establish and stable company focused on IT is looking for new experts to exted their FINANCE department, more specificaly the role of GENERAL LEDGER accountant.
We are sure you are familiar with all the terms, so just to give you an idea what will be your activities and tasks:
- Month-end and year-end closing activities
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
- Approving invoices
- Pre-Billing initiations
- Reporting activities
- Manage Fixed Assets
- Process improvement
- Audits support
- Interface with management and various departments
We also expect you to know terms and activities related to:
- Cost and revenue accruals
- Recording
- Cost allocation
REQUIREMENTS:
- A degree in Finance or related area is required
- Good understanding of accounting procedures knowledge
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficient knowledge in written and spoken English is A MUST, we also welcome other EU languages
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel is a big plus, but not a must !
