- Coordinate specific HR processes (such as coordination of onboarding process, contract preparation, presentations for new comers, personal information changes, maintaining the system HRIS – personal data administration)
- Advise employees about processes and policies
- Act as liaison between employees and suppliers (e.g., health plan administrators), and discuss/resolve problems, as required
- Investigate, assess and recommend solutions to employee queries
- Advice on company policies and procedures for employees and managers
- Partner with front desk and local HR colleagues on areas of multiple touch points
- Participate in company projects as needed
Start: ASAP
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Strong motivation for the HR field
- Previous HR experience is an advantage not must
- Fluent Czech and English
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good PC skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
