As an Accounting Operations Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Posting payroll files and all related personnel costs accruals and provisions
• Coordinate with the Treasury regarding the cash out forecast
• Work closely with compliance team and both internal and externa auditors
• Assist in preparation of monthly witholding tax
• Prepare monthly review of P&L trends and postings of accruals
• Prepare a regular analysis of tax accoun balances
• Check, post and reconcille bank statements
• Approve payments in different banking applications
• Calculate and post the prepayment costs and reconcile outstanding balances
• Reconcilie intercompany transactions

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous professional experience in complex accounting – two years are desirable
• Fluency in English – international work envrinment
• Comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, v lookup, if, sumif)
