For new established EMEA Support Center in Prague we are currently in search for Global Helpdesk Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
You should have following:
- Proven experience with leading team of helpdesk specialist
- Technical background in helpdesk issues (remote control, support…)
- ServiceNow knowledge is plus as well as ITIL or ITSM or similar certification
- Fluency in English (French and Dutch is plus, not required)
