Our offer
Our group is expanding its business and we are looking for an AX Functional Domain Manager in the Sales and Finance areas to join our group ERP team and carry out the following missions, in support of the ERP Project Manager:
• Users support
- Process requests opened by users on the ticketing tool (incident, support, evolution).
- Interact positively and constructively with anyone with difficulties in an AX process or functional areas.
- Perform functional analyses to provide solutions, documentation for capitalisation, recommendations for a better use of the processes concerned.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve recurring incidents.
- Intervene on all settings of the domain.
- Contribute to KU working sessions to highlight best practices.
- Systematically produce a report during user or business sessions.
- Manage priorities in relation to the ERP Project Manager.
• Implementation of functional changes to support process stabilization and business growth
o Conduct needs analyses and formalise them for business validation and drafting of functional specifications.
o Interact with the Developer/Technical Project Manager when meeting requirements.
o Test developments out of Production environments before user acceptance.
o Participate and contribute to all work sessions with the business representative or users expressing a need.
o Perform AX settings for the relevant domain.
o Conduct post-development application tests and related support documentation.
o Support user tests (UAT, TNR) as well as the deployment of new modules.
• Contribute to the development of the ERP team
o Share best practices and feedback.
o Reporting on regular activities.
o Demonstrate active listening
o Restate to ensure alignment to expectations.
o Communicate positively.
Co od Vás očekáváme:
Desired profile
- Sales & Finance Functional domain Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience on the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 ERP; project management and facilitation of a functional team is a plus.
- Mastery of the Sales & Finance modules with significant expertise in the Sales, Articles Management, Stock and Inventory management, Account receivable and General ledger, Customers and Vendors, Budgeting and Assets management, Bank exchanges as well as transversal experiences in Human resources and Production (would be a plus in the conduct of the function and missions).
- Business history and activity areas: Sales, Transportation and Industry.
- Level of study: Degree in Business Computing, Miage, Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering.
- Fluent English is a must (spoken and read).
- Remote work up to 1 day per week.
- Occasional Local and International travel for projects (estimated at 10%).
Offer to be filled on permanent contract in 2022.
