The Graduate Trainee supports customers for their infrastructure issues and helps resolve them in timely manner, while leveraging technical skills in troubleshooting, product knowledge and diagnostic abilities.
The Graduate Trainee will have ability to handle customers across multiple countries and industry verticals, while supporting them with service level agreements and in critical environments. He/she collaborates and works with multiple teams across the company, during the resolution efforts.
The Graduate Trainee works under the guidance of more senior professional colleagues. The primary responsibility of the Graduate Trainee is to assist with tasks relevant to the specific area or function.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge and experience in area of specialisation or function.
- Acquire the relevant practical experience and knowledge of the service product and technology.
- Act as first line of customer interactions, using Email, Phone or Chat channels and provide timely help and support.
- Seek higher level engineering support while assisting customers for the issues reported.
- Work with multiple tools to help resolve issues.
- Provide the best of customer experience during full lifecycle of the customer journey.

Academic qualifications and certifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant certification
Experience required:
- Relevant working experience is desirable but not essential
- Some experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders
