Náplň práce:
We are looking for an experienced Luxury Retail Business Manager to oversee and develop the operations of multiple luxury retail stores in Prague. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain high brand standards across all store locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing retail team.
Ensure excellent customer service and strong product knowledge across all stores.
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Drive sales performance and ensure stores meet or exceed targets.
Engage with VIP and high-profile clients, ensuring a premium customer experience.
Develop and implement local marketing activities to increase store visibility and foot traffic.
Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, order, and visual presentation.
Identify and coordinate collaborations, events, and cross-marketing opportunities.
Analyse performance data and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury retail or hospitality, preferably in a multi-store management role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Proven sales experience and a customer-focused mindset.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Czech; additional languages are an advantage.
