Big, well known IT company is building their Global support team providing services to internal clients all around the world.
Offered position:
Voice Architect
Your will work mainly on Global internal projects – as a key member of the Network Delivery Tools Architecture Team
You will:
- Develop enterprise tools platform and O/S architecture for Network Services, supported enterprise network tools applications, including performance and capacity monitoring, configuration audit & compliance, service delivery tools, and application performance analysis & testing tools.
- Define and document requirements for all tools related components and services (server, O/S, disaster recovery, backup, etc.)
- Provide capacity planning, support the deployment of new systems or application modules.
- Participate in solving tools related issues as needed
- Provide Highest level (4th) support, including on-call and troubleshooting of capacity and application performance related incidents as escalated by level 3 escalation teams
- Cooperation with infrastructure and application vendors and service providers
- Serve as the subject matter expert for relevant tools infrastructure functional components
- Ensure user testing has taken place before any changes are implemented in production
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience (approx. 4 years) as an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect with enterprise tools architecture & deployment experience (ideally in a global environment)
- knowledge of SNMP and infrastructure monitoring & management, Application Architecture, TCP\IP services
- knowledge of networking concepts and components (DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewall, proxy, web filters, switches, routers)
- protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, HTTP, FTP, Telnet
- scripting languages (Perl, Shell, Awk, C, Python)
- English is esential
- Technical education in IT is prefered
- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
- Some travelling is required
