Big, well known IT company is building their Global support team providing services to internal clients all around the world.
Offered position:
Voice Architect
Your will work mainly on Global internal projects realted to Voice Architecture (partially on projects for external clients) – in a team of 20 colleagues:
- To participate in software release management and application testing.
- To contribute to the development of the Voice technology standards, strategy and roadmap
- To act as a ‚Subject Matter Expert‘ for all Voice applications.
- To develop detailed design and configuration documentation.
- To provide training to impacted teams.
- To resolve and manage detailed technical operational issues that have been escalated to the team including after-hours support on a rotational basis.
- To liaise with other groups/teams/stakeholders across the company to ensure all of the above are delivered
REQUIREMENTS:
Some of following is a must (not all of it):
- Good technical knowledge in some of the following voice technologies:
Contact Centers, IP Telephony, Toll Bypass, Messaging, Collaboration tools, Mobility, SIP, Network, and/or Wireless.
- Experience in performing technology and vendor analysis, in order to recommend new solutions.
- Ability to work with customers to define requirements, and develop solutions
- Experience in creating detailed solution design documents and diagrams.
- Previous experience in several global voice projects.
Benefitial skills and experience:
- Knowledge of Network technology: LAN/WAN, QoS and MPLS standards
- Server technologies: Windows and Virtual Software
- Experience in Visio and network topology diagrams
- English is esential
- Technical education in IT is prefered
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
