We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Accountant to help us processing increased number of our global accounting documents.
We are a pretty small, closely cooperating Czech-American unit. If you join us – you will make a real impact on the company’s accounting practice!
Wondering what your job will be? As a Junior Accountant, you will:
Be responsible for processing part of global T&E expenses, accounts payable and account receivable
Successfully manage full life-cycle of relevant accounting areas
Guide employees through critical steps in the T&E processing
Partner with other members of accounting team to ensure timely results
Supporting revenue/booking accounting and maintaining the accuracy of the customers contracts in our accounting system
About You:
You are absolutely comfortable speaking and understanding English and Czech.
You understand the meaning of deadline, it's somewhat a sacred word for you.
You are smart to crack even the most challenging accounting issues (and not afraid to ask for help).
You are quick to learn new systems and tools relevant to the accounting process.
Attention to detail is your middle name, and Quality your last.
You have the patience of a tortoise but move at the speed of a hare.
You are organized. You are organized. You are organized.
You do not mind working in evening hours when needed to communicate with our US office
You are fluent with Google Docs and MS Office
And last but not least: You are a great team player, you like fun and accounting is your passion, not just a job! :-)
