Popis pozice:

• Support Global HR planning processes
• Collaborate with Global HR Units to ensure HR KPIs are met
• Create standard HR reports for various stakeholders
• Provide ad-hoc reporting for complex HR analysis projects
• Continuously improve existing reports and processes
• Ensure data quality across different IT systems

Profil kandidáta:

• University degree (economics-related is preferred) or related working experience in business administration, controlling 
• Very good English for daily verbal and written communication, German is a plus 
• Strong skills in Excel, analytical thinking 
• Experience with SAP BI/BW and Success Factors is a plus 
• Customer orientation and proactive communication, self-driven person 
• Ability to work in an international environment, willingness to travel occasionally (mostly to Munich)
