Your responsibilities:
- Processing of GL journal entries for SSC Prague entity during monthly closures including various accruals, prepayments, all payroll related entries,
- Cooperation with other GL departments on processing of fixed assets, intercompany transactions, VAT, incoming invoice processing etc, all in US GAAP
- Ensuring compliance with appropriate policies and controls to satisfy external and SOX requirements
- Performing balance sheet reconciliation for accounts in scope
- Financial reporting on regular basis
- Analysis of receivables
- Support of financial controller on budget controlling
- Preparation of deliverables for external statutory audit of financial statements
- Support on deliverables for tax audit
Location: Prague 9 (Prosek)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Working experience from multinational company is highly desirable
- Experience working with SAP is an advantage, but not a must
- High level of professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
