HR Manager with strong HR generalist skills and small team management experience required by fast paced, growing company based in Prague. The HR Manager will provide leadership and direction to a growing team on Employee Relations, Recruitment, Retention, Learning and Organisational Development. The HR Manager will possess exceptional influential, organisational, and communication skills and have a demonstrated record of success in making an immediate impact as an HR Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong record of success in providing HR leadership
- Strong experience as an HR Generalist, ie. Recruitment, Retention Development, Employee Relations, Employment Legislation etc..
- Strong reporting skills, as well as implementing and improving service performance metrics
- Ability to lead, influence and negotiate
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Very good level of English (daily communication with management, international employers)
