An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a busy and expanding team! You will support Talent Acquisition activities and will be responsible for managing the back office recruiting function. As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be assisting with facilitating the candidate experience throughout the whole recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop candidate relationships via networking and In-depth Interviews to determine their marketable, skills, experience and motivations
- Coordinate the interview process for open vacancies – pre-screening and testing of the chosen candidates, arrange meetings with prospective candidates
- Providing outstanding service to candidates to give them a great experience of the interview and hiring process
- Organize regular reporting – to/from hiring managers and to/from staffing agencies and other reporting as required
- Review and maintain job descriptions
- Advertising and marketing roles through job boards and social media platforms
- Updating and maintaining a database using MS Office on a day to day basis
- Attendance of University jobfairs
- Supporting internal referral program, mobility program, acting as an employee advisor
- Working closely with candidates, agency consultants, interviewers, and hiring managers
REQUIREMENTS:
The essential skills and experience required for a Recruitment Coordinator are:
- 1+ Experience of working within recruitment
- Experience with calendar management and meeting scheduling
- Excellent command of English language
- Possess first class written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and Word
- Outstanding focus and attention to detail
