Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a portfolio of customers: create, manage orders in the QAD enterprise system and communicate with customers on order status
- Provide customer service and support to CoorsTek customers, including processing claims, export documents and customer documents as required
- Arranges transport of goods to the customer/supplier
- Update customer data and customer service records, archive necessary documentation
- Issues invoices for goods/services dispatched
- Collaborate with other global teams as well as local teams
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous sales experience.
- Positive attitude and goal orientation
- Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
- Organisational, communication and presentation skills
