BILLA ČR is part of REWE group, a food retailer with more than 30 year of history on Czech market. Our 250 supermarket provide our customers with wide range of high quality goods for their daily cooking.
Responsibility:
- Gather, review and analyze business data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders (IT, Commercial, Sales and Marketing department)
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel/PowerBI dashboards
Main tasks:
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance (Power BI)
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with different departments to produce better business outcomes
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Communication and collaboration with REWE international teams
Personal requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and proactive approach to tasks
- Conscientiousness, accuracy and diligence
- Team player, goal orientation and innovative approach
Professional requirements:
- Finished High school or University degree in Economics… or similar education (focus on: controlling or finance)
- Experiences in controlling, finance reporting or analysis 3 years and more
- Superior knowledge of Excel and data processing. Experience with SQL welcomed, Access or query/data management tools an advantage, Power BI
- English at professional level (B2), German language an advantage
