We are seeking for an outstanding BUSINESS ANALYST to join the Command and Control team, in transportation services. This team is responsible for planning and execution of dedicated transportation in Europe.

Your responsibilities:

• Working with large transactional volumes and big data from multiple sources
• Identify strategic opportunities and deliver results – to provide business insights based upon data to further improve our operations and processes
• Developing SQL/ETL queries, accessing data ware house, creating automated report through macros, creating relevant KPIs and Metrics for performance of team as well as for transportation operations
• Prepare and publish daily/weekly performance reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field
• Fluent in English and another European language
• 2+ years’ experience working in SQL/ETL database
• Experience of working with data warehouse
• Proficient in MS Excel (Macros, Pivote tables, Vlook up, Hlook up, …)
• Experience in understanding business context and creating KPIs/Metric
• Excellent analytical abilities – passionate about data and analytics
• Excellent communication skills
