Popis pozice:
Your tasks will be:
To lead developers from a technical perspective - understand challenges and propose technical design solutions;
- Willing to mentor and tutor younger developers
- Coordinate and manage team to deliver personalization & fulfillment solutions in compliant with customer requirements
- Assess and analyze customer requirements in conjunction with internal solutions
- Completes and validates the functional specifications with the customer
- In general it is software development support team, over 30 application running on JAVA.
Profil kandidáta:
- English C1 (B2 at minimum) (english speaking team)
- Soft skills to lead a inspire people to use innovative approach
- Good people manager
- 3 years of experience in SW development (Java, C # )
- 3 years of technical leadership
- Good to have: middleware
