• Manager of a 7–12 team quality members
• Develop, implement and assure that all processes are according the internal rules of the company, and internationals norms like ISO’s.
• Responsible to design and deploy quality estrategy for all company plus environment care.
• Responsible of internal and external audits.
• Main targets: customer satisfaction and assure the quailty in all company processes.
• Manage the yearly budget of the department
• Manage Internal laboratory + Internal quality

POŽADAVKY:- Minimum studies: Univeristy degree such like Enginyer, Chemistry, etc.

• Minimum experience: 5 years similar position, or lower position in a big company
• High level of English. Valuable German.
• Experience on automotive sector.
• Mandatory knowledge of VDA6.3 norms.
• Knowledge of statistics in process. Cpk, cmk.
• Knowledge of FMEA, P-FMEA, APQP, PPAP documentation.
• Deep knowledge on 8D report
• Mandatory knowledge of ISO IATF certifications.
• Desirable techncial basis on injection moulding plastic sector
• Advanced user in Microsoft Office.
• Desirable knowledge on LEAN Managment tools. 5 why’s, Ishikawa.
• Desirable knowledge in DRW, and measurment equipment such as CMM
