→ leadership skills → effective people management → experience with process migration&setting for our NEW project and your NEW team
General key tasks:
- develop and execute global operation strategy for our local hub
- be the focal point for partners from offices around the world to discuss operations and strategies
- communication and negotiation with our commercial teams around the world
- analysing multiple markets
- work accross different departments and effectively cooperate on various projects
- build and manage relationship and trust with partners around the world
Team tasks and responsibilities:
- full awarness and responsiblity for the department´s functionality – multicultural environment (approx. 50+ team members)
- setting of KPIs and monitoring team performance against set targets
- effectively depute tasks to the team
- act as a manager but be perceived by the team as natural authority, who they can reach out to and have respect for at the same time

REQUIREMENTS:
- fluent ENGLISH is a MUST (any other language is a huge plus)
- team leading/running a team experience and ability to motivate people with different cultural backgrounds
- background in operations will be appreciated
- experience with setting up of operation processes, process migration exp. is a huge plus
- working in international environment
- ability to effectively build and maintain relationships within the team and with international partners
- tourism background is a huge plus
