For our client, the leading automotive manufacturer, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Strategist to external position in their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and a background in agency or corporate settings. This role requires an individual with a unique blend of skills, including internal consultancy, brand partnerships, and OKR reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand strategy, consultancy, and/or creative account management.
- Passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of market trends and competitors.
- Experience with market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the brand.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with OKR reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude.
Key requirements
- Mastery of Powerpoint and proficient in MS Office and other communication tools
- Positive, caring, smart and open attitude
- Team-oriented way of working, supportive character
- Capable of independent work
- Solid experience in presenting and introducing new concepts to large audiences with different cultural or professional backgrounds
- English – C1 level or higher
- Czech is an advantage but not a formal requirement
- Driving licence B (Active driver – frequent transfers between Prague – Mlada Boleslav)
