Your typical working day:
- Communication with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Capture and process customer orders using software systems
- Control transportation of goods, arising issues and answer to ad-hoc requests.
- Analyzing stock age risks for finished goods and identifying risks
- Creating of reports
- Experience in customer service, finance, or logistics
- Fluent in English and German (B2/C1)
- Energetic and multitasking profile, who can work in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in Excel/SAP is a plus
