An exciting opportunity exists to join the Kingspan Insulated Panels CEER Division SAP Implementation team in the role of SAP Process Specialist for Logistics.
Our SAP team is prepared to support new team member in his/her role providing coaching and training necessary to achieve the position objectives. We are looking for a self-starter with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
This is a key role providing the opportunity to make part of the delivery of SAP Logistics solution from blueprint design through to go-live.
Responsibility:
- Key process owner for procurement, dispatch and warehouse management
- Supporting the SAP implementation in the areas of procurement, dispatch and warehouse management
- Plan, manage and deliver blueprint workshops
- Preparation and execution of testing scripts (unit, end to end and regression tests)
- Leading the training of key users including preparation of training material
- Support to the end users post go-live including additional training and issue resolution
- Participation in ad-hoc projects and new business initiatives
- Cooperation with current and future system users across Kingspan division, with SAP project management and SAP implementation partner
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will have experience in Logistics and/or Dispatch processes
- Working in SAP or similar system with Logistics or Dispatch functions
- Willingness to travel (approximately 30% of time) and fluent in English.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and cooperate on cross functional issues
